1. About the service

Rishta Ring is a private matchmaking service. We review member profiles and send hand-picked introductions.

We are not a public matrimonial listing. Your profile is never shown to another member without your permission.

2. Membership eligibility

Members must be 18 years of age or older.

Each member may create one profile, and all information provided must be truthful.

Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended.

3. Best Match Service fee

The Best Match Service fee is a one-time payment of PKR 5,000.

After transferring the amount, members must upload the payment receipt and submit it. Every payment is verified by a person.

Matches unlock once the payment is verified. No introductions are assigned before verification.

4. Refunds

The fee covers matchmaking effort and profile review; it is not a guarantee of marriage.

If a payment is verified but no introduction is provided by us, the member may contact support to request a review.

5. Member conduct

Sharing another member's information onward, or contacting them disrespectfully, is not permitted.

Independent verification after every introduction remains the responsibility of the member and their family.

6. Limits of our responsibility

Rishta Ring provides introductions; we do not guarantee any match, marriage, or the accuracy of any member's statements.

Meetings, decisions and further verification remain the responsibility of members and their families.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may change over time. Members will be informed of any significant change.
